• We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Care Crew Member to maintain various landscapes, ensuring they are aesthetically pleasing and well-maintained. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lawn care maintenance and landscaping, with the ability to follow basic instructions and potentially manage projects from conception to completion. This role requires hands-on experience with tools and equipment used in landscape maintenance and a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces. We are a family oriented commercial lawn care team looking to add our our team! Responsibilities Follow basic instructions and execute time management skills with a busy schedule. Perform regular lawn care including mowing, weed eating, edging and blowing that is both pleasing and efficient. Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and stored after use to prolong lifespan and ensure safety. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to deadlines. Conduct regular inspections of property to identify areas needing attention or improvement. Show up to work on time with a good attitude. Skills Basic understanding and knowledge of use of mowing equipment for use of land management tasks. Experience in lawn care practices including mowing, weed eating, edging and blowing. Ability to perform physical tasks such as riding, lifting, and standing for extended periods in the heat. Time management skills with attention to detail in project execution. Join our family today!
