Landcape Installer

Position Overview:

Elite Coastal Landscaping is looking for a reliable and experienced Landscape Installer who takes pride in their work and enjoys bringing outdoor spaces to life. This is a hands-on role where you'll help transform properties through new plantings, hardscapes, and installation projects from start to finish. Key Responsibilities:

Install plants, trees, shrubs, sod, and mulch according to landscape plans and specifications Assist with hardscape installation including pavers, retaining walls, edging, and drainage solutions Prepare job sites by grading, tilling, and amending soil as needed Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools safely and efficiently Load, unload, and transport equipment, plants, and materials to job sites Ensure all work meets company quality standards and is completed on schedule Keep job sites clean, safe, and professionally maintained Report any issues, material shortages, or equipment needs to the crew leader

Qualifications:

Must have at least 2 years of experience in landscape installation or a similar field Knowledge of proper planting techniques and plant care Experience with hardscape installation is a plus Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting 50+ lbs Good time management and communication skills

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay:

$18-$35 per hour Benefits available after 90 days, including insurance options PTO One week of paid vacation after one year of employment Paid holidays
