This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in their work, and are committed to delivering high-quality results. As a valued member of the crew, you will contribute to the upkeep and enhancement of landscapes for our clients, ensuring that properties remain attractive and well-maintained throughout the year. Responsibilities Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing Assist with planting, mulching, and weeding as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times Work collaboratively with other crew members to complete projects efficiently Qualifications Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions Willingness to learn and follow instructions Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work well as part of a team
Physical Demands/Working Conditions:
Able to lift 50 lbs. (Equipment, tools, and supplies may need to be lifted, carried, pulled and/or pushed) Able to walk/stand for long periods of time Able to reach, bend, twist, kneel, stoop, squat, crouch and grasp along with repetitive movements may be part of daily job duties Must be able to work in summer and winter climates
Schedule:
10 hour shift Day shift Monday to Thursday plus on call during busy season
Language:
English or Bilingual English/Spanish (Required)
