Overview Join our dynamic team as a Landscape Laborer and play a vital role in transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional environments. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work outdoors across various projects, from lawn care and landscape maintenance to hardscape installation and tree trimming. We value motivated individuals who are eager to develop their skills in landscaping, horticulture, and construction while contributing to community beautification. Responsibilities Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, pruning, and planting to keep outdoor areas vibrant and healthy Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks including digging, trimming, and installing landscape features Support the installation of hardscape elements like patios, walkways, and retaining walls using appropriate equipment and techniques Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and removal with proper techniques and safety precautions Assist with gardening duties such as soil preparation, planting new greenery, and mulching to enhance landscape aesthetics Experience Previous experience with landscaping or groundskeeping is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training for motivated learners Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as excavators is advantageous Basic mechanical knowledge helps in understanding equipment maintenance and troubleshooting Knowledge of horticulture principles enhances your ability to care for plants and trees effectively Experience in construction or hardscape installation is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is key Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards is essential Join us if you're passionate about outdoor work, eager to learn new skills in landscaping and construction, and ready to contribute to creating stunning outdoor environments.
