In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor environments through a variety of landscaping and horticultural tasks. Your expertise will help create beautiful, functional, and sustainable landscapes that delight clients and improve community spaces. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, apply your technical skills, and contribute to visually stunning landscapes. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, pruning, and edging to keep outdoor spaces tidy and attractive Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery such as excavators safely and efficiently for planting, grading, or hardscape installation Conduct lawn care activities like aeration, fertilization, overseeding, and weed control to promote healthy turf growth Implement landscape projects involving planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and installing irrigation systems or hardscape features such as patios or walkways Maintain equipment through routine inspections and repairs to ensure optimal performance during daily operations Assist with snow plowing and removal during winter months to ensure safe access around properties Provide expert tree care including trimming, pruning, and health assessments to preserve safety and aesthetics Skills Strong mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment and tools Proven experience in lawn care, gardening, and landscape maintenance practices Skilled in operating hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery such as excavators for construction or hardscape projects Knowledge of horticulture principles related to plant health, soil management, and irrigation systems Ability to perform tree care tasks including trimming, pruning, and disease management Familiarity with snow plowing techniques for winter season maintenance Excellent understanding of landscaping design concepts and construction procedures Strong physical stamina with the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients on project requirements Join us in creating vibrant outdoor spaces that inspire!
