Job Description
Perform lawn maintenance, including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing. Trim shrubs, hedges, and small trees. Install mulch, plants, sod, and seasonal flowers. Weed and maintain landscape beds. Operate landscaping equipment safely, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, and other hand tools. Clean up properties and remove debris after each service. Assist with landscape installation, drainage, irrigation, and other enhancement projects. Load, unload, and maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles. Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a professional appearance. Communicate with crew leaders and customers in a respectful and professional manner.
