Job Description
Overview:
Join our team as a Crew Member and be part of a dynamic landscaping company. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about outdoor work and have a strong work ethic.Responsibilities:
- Perform various landscaping tasks such as mowing, tree care, and groundskeeping
- Operate power tools and hand tools to complete assigned tasks
- Conduct lawn care activities including planting, watering, and fertilizing
- Support the crew in digging, planting, mulching and maintaining landscapes
- Strong attention to detail is important
Requirements:
- 2 years of commercial maintenance experience.
- Mechanical knowledge to operate equipment safely
- Experience with using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Prior experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is a plus
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
