What You'll Do A typical day may include a variety of landscaping and property maintenance tasks such as: Installing sod, planting, watering, and fertilizing Mowing, trimming, pruning, and general lawn care Digging, raking, and site preparation Installing sprinkler systems and segmental retaining walls Operating equipment such as mowers, tractors, skid loaders/twin-axle trucks, chainsaws, and snow blowers Using hand tools including rakes, shovels, hedge trimmers, and pruning tools Maintaining clean and safe job sites Supporting project completion in alignment with company standards and customer expectations What We're Looking For 2+ years of landscaping or lawn care experience required Valid driver's license required Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work well on a team and independently Positive attitude and willingness to learn Physical Requirements & Work Environment Work is performed outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, wind) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including bending, twisting, and extended standing Occasional extended or irregular hours as needed Travel within the local service area This position description is intended to outline the general nature and level of work performed.
