In this energetic role, you will oversee daily mowing operations, supervise crew members, and ensure high-quality landscape maintenance across various properties. Your leadership will inspire a team to work efficiently, safely, and with attention to detail, creating beautiful and well-kept environments. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your expertise in landscaping, lawn care, and horticulture while guiding others to excellence. Duties Lead and supervise mowing crews to complete landscape maintenance projects efficiently and to high standards Assign daily tasks, monitor progress, and provide guidance to ensure timely completion of work Conduct quality checks on mowing, trimming, edging, and other lawn care activities to maintain aesthetic appeal Ensure all safety protocols are followed during operations, including proper use of equipment and tools Coordinate with clients or site managers to understand project requirements and address any concerns promptly Maintain equipment by performing routine inspections, cleaning, and basic repairs to ensure optimal performance Support crew training on landscaping best practices, safety procedures, and customer service standards Requirements Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or lawn care with a strong understanding of horticulture principles Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction settings is highly preferred Knowledge of irrigation systems, tree care, gardening techniques, and general maintenance tasks Familiarity with construction processes related to landscape projects is a plus Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients and team members Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to safety guidelines This role is ideal for motivated individuals passionate about outdoor environments who thrive in leadership positions.
