PT Inserter-$1,500 Hiring Bonus Req #17721 Rapid City, SD, USA Apply Share Job Description Posted Thursday, May 21, 2026 at 1:00 AM PT Inserter-$1,500 Hiring Bonus The Rapid City Journal is seeking a dependable part-time packaging inserter to join the team due to expansion of the products we print. This position works M, W, and F from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday from 6:00 AM to Noon.

Duties include:

operating inserting machine feeding pre-prints into insert machine hoppers verifying counts of papers labeling and topping of bundles bundling and shipping papers and pre-prints operate a hydraulic pallet jack and powered strapping equipment clean the work area as needed other duties as assigned including janitorial duties The successful candidate will be at least 18 years of age, demonstrate a positive attendance record, and have the ability to work rotating evenings, nights, and weekends.
