Responsibilities Implement irrigation systems to optimize water efficiency and plant health across different areas Manage greenhouse environments by monitoring temperature, humidity, and plant conditions to support growing cycles Perform regular lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, fertilizing, aerating, and weed control Conduct landscape maintenance activities including pruning, planting, mulching, and pest management Assist with farming activities like seed starting, transplanting, crop rotation, and soil preparation for cultivated areas Use horticultural knowledge to troubleshoot plant health issues and recommend appropriate solutions Experience Proven experience in gardening, horticulture, or landscape maintenance with a strong understanding of plant care principles Hands-on experience with irrigation systems, greenhouse operations, and growing techniques Familiarity with lawn care equipment and landscape tools such as trimmers, shovels, rakes, and power tools Knowledge of sustainable farming practices and agricultural principles is a plus Ability to operate hand tools safely and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols Previous experience working in landscaping or farming environments is highly desirable Strong attention to detail combined with physical stamina to perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions Join us as a Gardener and bring your passion for plants to life! Pay:

$23.55 - $28.37 per hour
