Job Description
Overview Kelley Lawn Care is a locally owned and growing lawn care company serving residential properties throughout Williamson County, Tennessee. We currently maintain 12 residential lawns and are looking to add our first team member as we continue to grow. We're looking for someone who is dependable, hardworking, and takes pride in delivering quality work. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a small business where your work truly makes a difference. As our first employee, you'll have the opportunity to grow alongside the company. Responsibilities Mow residential lawns using commercial mowing equipment String trim (weed eat) around fences, landscaping, trees, and other obstacles Edge sidewalks, driveways, and curbs for a clean, professional appearance Blow grass clippings from driveways, sidewalks, patios, and other hard surfaces Help maintain company equipment and keep tools clean and organized Provide excellent customer service by treating each property with care and respect Work safely in various weather conditions while following company safety practices Assist with additional lawn care and landscaping services as the company expands Qualifications Reliable transportation to and from work Ability to work outdoors in the Tennessee heat and weather conditions Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day Strong work ethic with attention to detail Dependable, punctual, and positive attitude Ability to work independently as well as part of a team No experience required—we're happy to train the right person Why Join Kelley Lawn Care?
