Job Summary Landscape Enhancement / Detail Specialist Innovative Lawns & Garden Center

• Fairview, TN We are looking for the right person to handle the detail side of our landscape maintenance work — not mowing.

This position is for someone who: Takes pride in clean, finished work Enjoys working outdoors Understands plants and proper techniques Doesn't cut corners

Job Responsibilities:

Hand pulling weeds (not spraying over everything) Detailed bed cleanup and touch-ups Light, selective pruning (not hack trimming) Cleaning and redefining mulch beds Installing mulch as needed Seasonal flower planting and bed refreshes Making properties look sharp and finished This is detail-oriented work Requirements (Read Carefully): Must have a valid driver's license Must have working knowledge of plants

• Know the difference between weeds vs desirable plants/perennials
