In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces through a variety of landscaping, horticultural, and maintenance tasks. Your energetic approach and technical skills will help create beautiful, functional landscapes that exceed client expectations. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, edging, pruning, and trimming trees and shrubs to promote healthy growth and aesthetic appeal Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery such as excavators safely and efficiently for various landscaping projects Install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure optimal watering and plant health Execute hardscape projects including the installation of patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other features with precision Conduct lawn care activities such as fertilizing, aerating, seeding, and weed control to maintain lush, healthy turf Provide tree care services including trimming, pruning, planting, and removal while adhering to safety standards Assist with snow plowing operations during winter months to ensure safe access for clients and team members Experience Prior experience in landscaping or horticulture is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate Knowledge of mechanical systems related to landscape equipment and irrigation systems is advantageous Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, and landscaping machinery such as excavators is highly desirable Understanding of lawn care practices, tree care techniques, and general garden maintenance is beneficial Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina and attention to safety standards Join us to bring outdoor visions to life!
