You will be responsible for maintaining beautiful landscapes, installing hardscape features, and ensuring grounds are safe, healthy, and visually stunning. Your expertise will help transform outdoor environments into vibrant, welcoming spaces that inspire and delight. Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, and planting to keep outdoor areas lush and healthy Operate groundskeeping and landscaping equipment such as power tools, excavators, and irrigation systems safely and efficiently Install and repair hardscape features like pathways, patios, retaining walls, and garden beds to enhance landscape aesthetics Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and troubleshoot issues for optimal plant health Conduct plant identification and pest management activities to maintain healthy gardens while adhering to safety protocols Prune trees and perform tree care activities including trimming and removal to promote safety and growth Assist with snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access around properties Requirements Proven outdoor work experience with a strong understanding of landscaping techniques and groundskeeping practices is preferred. Mechanical knowledge of power tools, lawn care equipment, irrigation systems, and landscape maintenance machinery such as excavators Knowledge of horticulture principles, plant identification, pesticide management, and tree care best practices Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely while following all safety protocols Familiarity with hardscape installation including pathways, walls, and garden features Strong physical stamina for lifting, bending, digging, and working in various weather conditions Valid experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate Join us in creating stunning outdoor environments!
