Landscaper Crew Leader

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Landscaper Crew Leader to spearhead our landscaping projects and oversee daily maintenance operations. Duties Supervise and coordinate a team of landscapers to execute landscape maintenance, gardening, lawn care, and horticultural tasks with precision and enthusiasm Oversee landscape construction projects, including planting, soil preparation, and installation of features such as irrigation systems and hardscapes Ensure proper tree care practices are followed for health and safety, including pruning and removal when necessary Maintain equipment, tools, and machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met Provide guidance on landscape design ideas and best practices to team members while adhering to project specifications Monitor job sites for safety hazards, enforce safety protocols, and promote a culture of safe work practices Communicate effectively with clients to understand their landscaping needs and deliver exceptional service Drive trucks with trailers Qualifications Must be experiences in driving trucks while hauling a trailer Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, and lawn care with an understanding of plant health and garden management Supervising or leadership experience in outdoor or construction environments is highly preferred Familiarity with tree care practices including pruning, trimming, and removal procedures Strong skills in general landscape construction techniques Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining a positive work environment Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and operate equipment safely Join us as a Landscaper Crew Leader where your expertise will shape stunning landscapes while fostering teamwork and safety.
