In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces through landscape maintenance, and helping keep the community clean. Your enthusiasm for horticulture and landscaping will help create inviting environments that delight residents and enhance community aesthetics. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness through community by blowing breezeways, picking up debris, etc. Maintain cleanliness of work areas by removing debris, trimming overgrowth, and tidying equipment after each job Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety standards Requirements Knowledge of horticulture principles and landscaping techniques Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and responsibly Familiarity with lawn care equipment such as trimmers, and blowers Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions including standing, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining high-quality outdoor spaces Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward learning new skills in landscaping Join us if you're passionate about creating beautiful landscapes!
