Job Description
Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Landscape Laborer and play a vital role in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor environments. In this energetic position, you will assist with a variety of landscaping tasks. Your hands-on work will directly contribute to the enhancement of outdoor spaces, providing satisfaction and pride in every project. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in landscape maintenance while working outdoors in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Duties Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including trimming, planting, and pruning to keep outdoor areas vibrant and healthy Operate groundskeeping equipment such as power tools, trimmers, and excavators safely and efficiently Support irrigation system installation, repair, and management to ensure proper watering of landscapes and gardens Identify various plants, trees, and shrubs to assist with plant care and landscape design projects Perform hardscape work including the installation of pathways, patios, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures Maintain safety protocols by using personal protective equipment (PPE) and following established safety procedures during all outdoor activities Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow plowing and tree trimming to keep properties safe and accessible year-round Requirements Prior outdoor work experience or hands-on experience with groundskeeping or landscaping preferred Knowledge of safety protocols for outdoor work environments is essential Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor including lifting, bending, digging, and standing for extended periods Willingness to learn new skills related to landscaping techniques and equipment operation Valid driver's license and clean driving record required Willing to work 50-60+ hours a week This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to build a career in landscaping or groundskeeping.
