  • Full-time About us Ramirez lawn & Sprinkler is a established installation and maintenance company based in Canyon, TX.
The majority of our work is commercial lawn and sprinkler installation on large scale projects. Our goal is to educate and engage employees, by teaching them helpful skills and knowledge that can be applied both at work and beyond. By providing on the job training, with a fun, laid back atmosphere we hope to build long standing relationships with our employees working for us and long after.
  • Experience in sprinkler system repair is preferred for this position, but not necessary.
  • Candidate needs to demonstrate initiative and the ability to work independently without constant supervision.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in identifying next steps and solutions.
  • Able to take ownership of tasks and move them forward without needing continual direction.
  • Maintaining timeliness / consistency daily is an absolute requirement.
  • Must be competent and willing to drive a company vehicle (with/without trailer)
  • Daily physical work (you need to be able to work for extended times outdoors, and regularly lift moderate to heavy loads)
  • Skilled/tradesmen level of work (attention to detail, no shortcutting, and ability to provide a consistent product)
  • Show an ability to manage time, while maintaining quality control, and keeping up with crew pace.
  • REQUIREMENTS
  • Dependability, consistently making it in, on time, without needing to miss or leave for a full 40 hour week.
  • Valid Texas drivers license
  • Reliable transportation / communication
  • A good attitude and willingness to be part of the team
  • SCHEDULE
  • Monday
  • Friday schedule with occasional weekend availability preferred
  • Must be prepared to work a 8-10 hour shifts daily depending on work load, location, ect.
