Ramirez Lawn & Sprinkler is an established landscape and irrigation contractor based in Canyon, TX. We specialize in commercial landscape and sprinkler installation on large-scale projects throughout the Texas Panhandle. This is a seasonal position tied to our commercial installation workload. While we invest heavily in training and skill development, employment is based on project demand and is not year-round or guaranteed beyond the season. • Experience with irrigation or sprinkler installation/repair is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person.
• Able to work independently, stay productive, and recognize what needs to be done without constant supervision.
• Takes ownership of assigned work and follows it through to completion.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to doing the job correctly—not just quickly.
• Able to manage time effectively while maintaining quality and keeping pace with the crew.
• Comfortable operating company trucks and pulling trailers (or willing to learn). Job Requirements
• Dependable attendance is non-negotiable. We expect employees to arrive on time and be available to work a consistent 40-hour work week.
• Valid Texas driver's license.
• Reliable transportation and dependable communication.
• Able to perform physically demanding work outdoors in all weather conditions, including lifting moderate to heavy materials throughout the day.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and willingness to contribute to a team environment. Schedule

• Occasional weekend work may be available.
• Typical shifts are 8-10 hours depending on workload and project location.
