In this role, you will be at the forefront of laying essential infrastructure for pipelines, plumbing, and utility systems. Our crews ensure the safe, efficient, and precise installation of underground utilities that support communities. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to work with heavy equipment, develop your construction skills, and contribute to infrastructure projects. Whether you're experienced or eager to learn, your efforts will be instrumental in delivering high-quality results on every project. We are hiring both Utility Crew Laborers as well as CDL Equipment Operators. Duties Operate heavy machinery including dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, and front loader trucks to excavate trenches and move materials efficiently Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans to accurately install pipelines, utilities, and related infrastructure Use utility locating tools to ensure precise alignment and placement of underground pipes and conduits Perform concrete finishing tasks and concrete forming to create stable bases for utility installation Assist with plumbing installations and pipeline connections following safety standards and technical specifications Support construction site activities by maintaining safety protocols, managing equipment operation, and coordinating with team members Experience Prior experience with a CDL-A, operating heavy equipment such as dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, forklifts, or front loader trucks in a construction setting is highly preferred Knowledge of blueprint reading and construction drawings is essential for accurate installation work Familiarity with utility locating techniques and pipeline installation procedures enhances project efficiency Experience with concrete finishing, concrete forming, welding, and plumbing is advantageous Construction site experience in oil & gas or utility infrastructure projects is a plus Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety standards is required Join us to build vital infrastructure that powers communities!
