We are looking for someone with at least 1 year of professional gardening experience and knowledge of plants, weeds, pest management, organic treatments, soil health and best pruning practices. The lead should be able to work independently, as well as supervise less experienced crew, providing coaching and feedback. The Crew Lead will be responsible for picking up the truck from the yard at 6:45 am and be ready to meet the crew at 7:30 am on the jobsite. You will need a valid driver's license and good driving record. Hourly rate starts at $24 and up depending on experience. Medical insurance after 60 days for full time. Sick leave accumulates immediately. Paid holidays for full time. One week paid vacation for full time after six months. No weekends, major holidays, or evenings/nights. Quarterly wellness allowance after six months.
