Landscape Crew lead/ Member

Job Summary Join our dynamic landscaping team as a Landscape Crew Member and be part of transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional environments! In this energetic role, you will actively participate in various landscaping projects, including lawn care, landscape maintenance, and hardscape installation. This paid position offers hands-on experience with a variety of tools and techniques, providing a rewarding opportunity to develop your skills in horticulture, construction, and outdoor maintenance. Duties Assist in landscape tasks such as install plants, trees, retaining walls, xerisapes ect.. Perform landscape maintenance including pruning, tree trimming, planting and mulching. Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks like digging, planting, installing hardscape features Contribute to the installation of hardscape elements such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures Conduct routine site inspections to ensure quality standards are met and report any issues promptly Requirements Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping and construction Prior experience or interest in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening is preferred Ability to operate equipment such as excavators, skidsteers or other machinery is a plus but not required Knowledge of horticulture practices including tree care and plant health is advantageous Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety procedures diligently Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks outdoors in various weather conditions Excellent teamwork skills along with a positive attitude toward learning new techniques Join us to cultivate your passion for outdoor work while gaining valuable experience in landscaping! Pay:

$14.00 - $18.00 per hour
