This is a hands-on outdoor position. We perform lawn maintenance, landscape installation, irrigation work, drainage work, tree and shrub work, hardscaping, cleanup, and general outdoor labor. The right person should be reliable, willing to work outdoors, able to follow instructions, and interested in learning multiple parts of the landscape trade. Responsibilities Mow, edge, trim, blow, and clean up residential and commercial properties Assist with landscape installation, including plants, mulch, soil, rock, sod, and bed preparation Help with irrigation repairs, adjustments, trenching, pipe work, and sprinkler/head replacement Assist with drainage work, grading, trenching, pipe installation, and water-flow correction Help with tree and shrub trimming, pruning, planting, cleanup, and debris removal Assist with hardscape work such as pavers, stone, edging, retaining areas, and pathway preparation Load and unload tools, equipment, debris, plants, soil, mulch, rock, and other materials Safely use basic landscape equipment such as mowers, string trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, hand tools, and small power tools Help keep trucks, trailers, equipment, and job sites clean and organized Follow instructions from the crew leader or owner and work safely as part of a crew Requirements Must be reliable and able to show up on time Must be able to perform physical outdoor labor throughout the workday Must be able to lift, carry, bend, dig, walk, stand, and work on your feet Must be able to work outdoors in Texas heat and changing weather conditions Must be able to follow instructions and work well with others Prior experience in landscaping, lawn care, irrigation, drainage, hardscaping, construction, farm/ranch work, or outdoor labor is helpful but not required Driver's license is preferred Experience with mowers, trimmers, blowers, trailers, irrigation tools, trenching, or small equipment is a plus Pay Starting pay is $15-$18 per hour , depending on experience, reliability, driver's license status, and ability to operate equipment. Overtime is paid when applicable. Schedule Expected hours are generally 25-40 hours per week , depending on weather, workload, and season. Additional hours may be available during busy periods.

Pay:
