Available Help for . As a member of the landscaping and groundskeeping team at Neches Lawn and Landscaping Inc, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces for residential and commercial clients. Your daily tasks will include mowing, edging, trimming, planting, pruning, mulching, and general upkeep of lawns, gardens, and landscaped areas. You will operate equipment such as mowers, trimmers, leaf blowers, and other landscaping tools, ensuring their safe and proper use. The role requires the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, perform physical labor including lifting, bending, and kneeling, and follow instructions from supervisors and team leads. Attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic are essential for success. Additional duties may include seasonal tasks such as leaf removal, irrigation maintenance, sod installation, and assisting with landscape construction projects. Experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance is preferred, but training will be provided for motivated candidates. A commitment to safety, customer satisfaction, and teamwork is expected from all team members. You should be comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively, and communicating effectively with clients and coworkers.
