Landscaping & Lawn Care Team Member Jay's Pro Landscaping Jay's Pro Landscaping is looking to add a dependable, skilled team member to our growing crew. We are focused on building a solid, long-term crew that works well together and delivers consistent, high-quality results for our clients. Pay Starting at $20/hour Up to $25/hour for candidates with near-flawless experience and strong skills Schedule Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Weekends off/ some work available What We're Looking For Landscaping or lawn care experience preferred Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work as part of a team and take direction Pride in quality work and attention to detail Willingness to grow with the company Opportunities for Growth Clear path to Crew Leader position Crew Leaders are paid year-round Leadership roles for those who show consistency, skill, and accountability Why Jay's Pro Landscaping Our goal isn't just to hire help.
