Position Summary:

To perform routine maintenance and repairs to multiple facets of our lodging cabins, buildings and equipment as well as grounds maintenance within the Thunderbird Lodge, Spider Mountain Bike Park base area and common areas that our guest enjoy.

Essential Duties and Expectations:

Minor routine repairs and maintenance to existing buildings and lodging. Preventative maintenance within cabins to ensure all facets are in working order. Mowing, weed eating and tree trimming. Maintenance and repair on groundskeeping equipment and tools. Irrigation system operation and maintenance. Completion of all other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Valid driver's license recommended but not necessary. Knowledge of basic carpentry, mechanical, routine building maintenance and groundskeeping preferred.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

Work days are occasionally spent outdoors in constantly changing weather conditions, primarily the work day will be spent walking, frequent lifting and carrying of heavy objects and use of multiple types of equipment and hand tools.
