Carrollton, TX Job Details Full-time $20 - $24 an hour 10 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Life insurance Qualifications Landscape maintenance Outdoor work Groundskeeping Landscaping Golf course groundskeeping Full Job Description Job Overview The Country Place is seeking a Golf Course/Landscape Maintenance Worker to join our team. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity for someone with 2-3+ years of golf course maintenance or landscaping experience. The ideal candidate will be a reliable, hard-working, self-starter who works well with a team and takes pride in their work.

Key Responsibilities:

Mowing greens, tees, fairways, and rough, clubhouse grounds, and green belts.

Course setup:

changing cups, moving tee markers, changing ball washer fluid, filling water coolers, etc. Weedeating, edging, trimming bushes and trees, blowing leaves, cleaning landscape beds and other detail work Assisting with special projects, such as landscape enhancements and course improvements. Greenbelt maintenance, ensuring that all natural areas are properly cared for and looking their best. Clubhouse maintenance, including landscaping, cleaning, and general upkeep around the clubhouse area. Operating both large and small machinery, including mowers, blowers, and other turf care equipment. Assisting with pesticide applications following proper safety protocols. Picking up trash and cleaning debris throughout property as needed Maintaining equipment and tools in proper working order.

Qualifications:

2-3+ years of golf course maintenance or landscape experience preferred. Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliability, punctuality, and a good attitude are a must. Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities. Ability to work in all weather conditions and perform physical labor. Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a high standard of quality. Ability to operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently. Knowledge of turf care and landscape maintenance practices is a plus.

Benefits:

Health insurance for employee paid for by the company (employee only). Competitive hourly pay rate of $20-$24 per hour based on experience. Annual raises and multiple bonuses throughout the year. 5-day work week, Monday-Friday, with a set schedule from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM (No weekends). A friendly, team-oriented work environment.
