This position plays a hands-on role in building and maintaining high-quality landscapes for residential and commercial clients. Ideal candidates are reliable, able to follow directions, and eager to grow their skills in landscaping and hardscaping. Responsibilities Assist with installation and maintenance of landscaping projects, including planting, mulching, sod installation, and general cleanup Support hardscape and construction tasks such as laying pavers, stonework, retaining walls, and concrete work Assist with irrigation and drainage installations or repairs as directed Operate hand tools, power tools, and small equipment safely and effectively Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment on job sites Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area Communicate effectively with crew leaders and team members to complete projects on time and to company standards Qualifications & Skills Must be able to speak English (bilingual in English and Spanish a plus) Valid driver's license required Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate) Knowledge of masonry, concrete, irrigation, or drainage systems is a plus Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions and work as part of a team Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills Why Join Us?
