Copperas Cove, TX Job Details Full-time $16 - $19 an hour 5 days ago Qualifications Chainsaw Mowing Task prioritization Power washer Organizational skills Time management Full Job Description digging/shoveling and crouching Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds unassisted Use hand tools as necessary Kneel for the purpose of picking up trash and general clean-up of property Lift and work with heavy equipment, (back pack blowers, splitting wood tools) Move about the property and cover several hundred yards multiple times during the day on foot. Operate machinery safely (i.e. lawn mower, weed whacker, edger, small chain saw, blower etc.) Backhoe, excavator, skid steer equipment operation a plus Use of company vehicle for park errands such as getting fuel General basic plumbing / electrical skills Must have excellent time management and organizational skills Must be able to multi-task and be able to prioritize workload Ability to read, write and communicate in English Able to lift, pull, push or carry up to 50 lbs. Able to work with a minimum of supervision All applicants must be able to pass a background check and drug test
