Job Description
Overview We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Landscape Crew Member to join our team. We are seeking someone who is motivated, reliable, and enjoys working outdoors. Duties Assist in landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, pruning, and planting to ensure healthy and attractive outdoor spaces Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery including zero-turn mowers, weed eaters, blowers, and edgers. Support hardscape projects by preparing sites, laying pavers or stonework, and installing features like patios or walkways Perform tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and planting to promote safety and aesthetic appeal Maintain irrigation systems by installing, repairing, or adjusting sprinklers and hoses to ensure proper watering schedules Conduct routine lawn care tasks such as aeration, fertilization, and weed control for lush turf health. Qualifications Basic mechanical knowledge with familiarity in using hand tools and power tools for landscaping tasks Experience or interest in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening. Ability to operate machinery including zero-turn mowers, weed eaters, blowers, and edgers Knowledge of tree care practices including trimming and planting enhances your suitability for this role Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety procedures while working outdoors in various weather conditions Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude eager to learn new skills in landscaping and construction Prior experience with irrigation systems or hardscape installation.
