You will work alongside experienced professionals to develop your skills in landscape maintenance, tree care, irrigation, and more. Duties Assist with landscape installation, including planting trees, shrubs, and flowers with proper horticultural techniques Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, fertilizing, and aerating to keep turf healthy and lush Use hand tools and power tools for trimming, pruning, hedge shaping, and general maintenance of plants and trees Operate equipment like excavators and snow plows safely for construction projects or seasonal cleanup Maintain hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other landscape structures Support irrigation system installation and repairs to ensure efficient watering of landscapes Conduct routine landscape maintenance tasks including weeding, mulching, and debris removal to keep outdoor spaces pristine Requirements Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping Experience or interest in lawn care, gardening, tree trimming, or horticulture practices Ability to operate equipment such as excavators or snow plows is a plus but not required; training will be provided if needed Strong work ethic with physical stamina to stand, lift, bend, and perform outdoor labor in various weather conditions Knowledge of landscaping techniques including hardscape installation and landscape maintenance practices Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward learning new skills in construction and landscape care Valid driver's license preferred; ability to follow safety protocols at all times Join us in transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful environments that inspire!
