Experienced Labor Hand/Crew Lead

• Job Overview We are seeking an experienced crew lead and or labor hand to join our lawn team.

The ideal candidate should have experience mowing, weed-eating and performing general lawn care maintenance. Crew leads will need knowledge with running a crew, driving a route and handling day to day paperwork. Knowledge and use of using a tablet is a requirement. Individuals must be willing to work other departments. Only experienced candidates need apply Responsibilities

• Assist with general labor tasks from mowing to weed-eating and blowing off lawns. Manicuring a yard from mowing to landscaping. Paperwork will be required of a crew lead.
• Safely operate equipment
• Follow routes and perform tasks according to instructions
• Maintain and inspect equipment regularly
• Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient completion of tasks Qualifications
• Valid Drivers License is required.
• Experience in lawn maintenance and landscaping
• Ability to operate machinery and perform operations safely
• General knowledge of landscaping practices
• Strong physical condition to lift heavy loads and perform tasks for several hours in the heat
