Responsibilities Operate hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and edgers to maintain lawns and gardens efficiently. Assist with mowing, edging, pruning, hedge trimming, and planting to keep landscapes vibrant and healthy. Support landscape installation projects including hardscape work like patios or walkways using appropriate tools and techniques. Maintain cleanliness of work sites by removing debris, leaves, and clippings; ensure safety protocols are followed at all times. Qualifications Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping and maintenance tasks. Prior experience or interest in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety guidelines diligently. Physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor as needed.
