In this vital role, you will lead a team of groundskeepers, ensuring that outdoor spaces are beautifully maintained, safe, and welcoming. Your expertise in landscaping, lawn care, tree care, irrigation, and horticulture will drive the success of our grounds management. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of groundskeepers, assigning daily tasks and ensuring high standards of landscape maintenance and gardening. Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and troubleshoot issues promptly.
