Join our dynamic team as a Landscape Laborer and play a vital role in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces! This energetic position involves assisting with various landscaping projects, ensuring landscapes are healthy, vibrant, and visually appealing. Whether you're working on lawn care, planting, or hardscape installation, you'll be an essential part of transforming outdoor environments into stunning, functional areas. This paid position offers opportunities to develop your skills in landscape maintenance and construction while working outdoors in a fast-paced, rewarding setting. Duties Assist with lawn care activities including mowing, edging, trimming, and aeration to keep lawns lush and healthy Support landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, pruning, fertilizing, and watering to promote plant health Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks like digging, edging, and installing landscape features Help with the installation of hardscape elements such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other structures Perform tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and planting to enhance landscape aesthetics and safety Support irrigation system installation and maintenance to ensure efficient watering of landscapes Skills Mechanical knowledge for operating equipment like excavators and other construction machinery Experience with lawn care, gardening, landscaping, and horticulture practices Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in landscape maintenance and construction Knowledge of tree care techniques including trimming and pruning for health and safety Ability to perform general landscape maintenance tasks with attention to detail Familiarity with irrigation systems and snow plowing operations is a plus Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety protocols in outdoor environments This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in landscaping while contributing to beautiful outdoor spaces. Pay:
