Lawn Care Crew Member / Future Crew Lead Keep Austin Mowed is hiring a Lawn Care & Landscaping Crew Member in the Leander/Cedar Park/Georgetown/Round Rock area. This is an outdoor, hands-on position for someone who wants to work hard, learn fast, and grow with a small local lawn care and landscaping company. No professional landscaping experience is required, but you must be reliable, respectful, coachable, and willing to do physical work in the Texas heat. The right person can grow from crew member to crew lead, and eventually into a larger leadership role as the company grows. Responsibilities Mow lawns using professional lawn care equipment Trim, edge, and blow off properties to a clean standard Check each property for missed spots before leaving Load, unload, clean, and care for equipment Help with landscaping jobs such as mulch, rock, digging, planting, brush hauling, bed cleanup, and trimming Take job photos when needed Communicate respectfully with customers when needed Follow the company schedule and quality standards Look for possible extra work opportunities and report them What We Are Looking For Reliable and on time Strong work ethic Positive attitude Respectful toward customers and team members Coachable and willing to learn Able to work outdoors in heat and changing weather Able to lift, carry, bend, walk, and do physical labor throughout the day Interested in growth, leadership, and long-term opportunity Quality Standards We care about doing clean, consistent work.

No missed mowing spots Clean trimming and edging Gates closed Property left clean Equipment handled carefully Customers treated with respect Less than one callback per month Schedule 30-40 hours per week depending on workload and weather Monday-Wednesday is usually focused on mowing Thursday-Saturday may include landscaping, cleanup jobs, or sales opportunities Schedule is flexible but requires reliability Pay Competitive pay based on experience, reliability, and performance Starting pay structure may include hourly pay, job-based pay, bonuses, and commission opportunities Performance bonuses available for quality work and no customer complaints Upsell commission opportunities available for the right person Experience Experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right person. This is a good fit for someone who wants more than just a short-term job and is interested in learning how to lead crews and grow with a company.
