Job Description
PawHaus Resort — Goodrich, TX (Lake Livingston area) $17 to $19 per hour, with a raise review at 3 months Around 32 hours per week, with 40-hour weeks during buildout About the job PawHaus Resort is a new lakefront resort on 30 acres opening in January 2027. We're building it out now, and we need someone dependable to help get the property ready and keep it looking sharp once we open. This is real outdoor work. Some weeks you'll be running a mower and keeping things clean. Other weeks you'll be laying gravel path, moving material, and clearing brush. If you'd rather be outside than behind a desk, and you take pride in a property looking right, you'll do well here. What you'll be doing Mowing, edging, and string trimming across the property Building and maintaining gravel and decomposed granite pathways Clearing brush, hauling debris, and general property cleanup Keeping planting beds, entry areas, and guest paths clean and clear Spreading mulch and gravel, seasonal planting Storm cleanup and keeping drainage areas clear Keeping sightlines around the cabins open General manual labor during buildout What we're looking for Experience with a mower, string trimmer, chainsaw, and blower Comfortable with sustained physical work outdoors in Texas heat Able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly and work on uneven ground Reliable transportation to Goodrich Someone who sees what needs doing and handles it without being told twice A plus, not required Mini skid steer, compact track loader, or tractor experience Hardscape or pathway construction Fence repair, small equipment maintenance, or basic irrigation Chainsaw or tree work Schedule and pay $17 to $19 per hour depending on experience, with a raise review at 3 months. Around 32 hours per week on a set schedule. During buildout there will be 40-hour weeks available if you want them. Hours are steady and this role grows with the property. Worth knowing This is a dog-first resort. There will be dogs on the property every day, so you should be comfortable around them. We provide all equipment. To apply Apply through
