FUNCTION

Responsible for performing custodial duties, minor maintenance, and other miscellaneous duties to ensure that the Customer Service building and surrounding grounds are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Clean building and work areas; perform routine building maintenance tasks including painting and carpentry, sweep, mop, scrub, wax and polish floors; wash windows, walls, and equipment; clean restrooms; maintain janitorial supplies; replace light bulbs; remove trash and debris from internal and external areas of building; vacuums; moves furniture; any additional general custodian duties as assigned The primary responsibilities only include essential functions of the job and does not imply that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee occupying this position. Employees will be required to follow any other job-related instruction and to perform any other job-related duties requested by supervisor or management.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

High school diploma or equivalent 0-1year experience performing "handyman" or general duties

PHYSICAL EFFORT

Employee lifts/carries up to 100 pounds occasionally (less than 5% of the time); lifts/carries 20 pounds frequently (34% - 66% of the time); lifts/carries 10 pounds constantly (67% - 100% of the time) Position requires pushing a maximum force of 20 pounds and pulling a maximum of 20 pounds
