Job Description
Overview As a Ground Maintenance employee, you are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and safety of all company grounds, buildings, and outdoor areas. This included routine property upkeep and assisting with special tasks Responsibilities Mow all yards at all properties Weed eat all fences for all properties Pick up trash, debris, and maintain cleanliness of all properties Maintain lay down yards and keep them organized Maintain outdoor raw materials and goods storage areas Pressure wash all heavy equipment once a week Assist with special projects inside cleaning and organization Serve as a floating helper and assist other stations as needed Maintain interior cleaning and organization as needed Perform any additional duties assigned by management
