Job Overview Join our dynamic landscaping team as a Landscape Crew Member and be at the forefront of transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional environments. In this energetic role, you will actively participate in a variety of landscape maintenance and construction projects, utilizing your skills to deliver high-quality results. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help create stunning landscapes that enhance our clients' properties and bring their visions to life. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop hands-on experience in landscaping while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Assist with lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming to maintain pristine turf areas. Perform landscape maintenance including planting, pruning, shrubbery care, and garden bed upkeep. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for various landscaping projects. Support hardscape installation activities like patio paving, walkway construction, and retaining wall setup. Qualifications Basic mechanical knowledge to operate and troubleshoot landscaping equipment effectively. Experience or familiarity with lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening is preferred. Ability to work with hand tools, power tools, and small machinery safely and responsibly. Knowledge of horticulture principles and plant care techniques is a plus. Strong physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions. Willingness to learn Prior landscaping, horticulture, construction, and maintenance preferred.
