We're East Texas #1 Landscaping and Lawn Maintenance Company and our business is booming. We've got so many projects on the go that we need another crew leader, and we have big plans to make 2026 a great year! Now, if you're not looking right now, but you have a friend who is, we offer a $200 referral fee when we hire the person you refer. The only condition is that they work with us for at least 3 months…we don't want any muppets! Uniforms are provided Certain paid Holidays Training for future leadership roles Here's what we need from you: A minimum of 3 years of landscaping and lawn maintenance experience A minimum of 3 years irrigation repair experience. Hold a Texas Irrigator's License Hold a clean Texas Drivers License Be able to work un-supervised Honest and trustworthy. Experience with both residential and commercial construction and maintenance work is a must. Take pride in your work and go the extra mile to make sure the job is top notch. Great communication and people skills both with fellow employees and customers.
