In this energetic role, you will assist with maintaining lawns, gardens, and landscapes through hands-on work with various tools and equipment. Your attention to detail will help ensure our clients' outdoor environments are healthy, attractive, and well-kept. Must be legally Authorized to work in the US Must posess a valid US driver's license or state ID Pre-Employment drug screening may be requested Responsibilities Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other power tools to perform mowing, edging, trimming, and debris removal efficiently. Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, mulching, pruning, and watering to promote healthy growth. Use hand tools and small machinery like shovels, rakes, and edgers for soil preparation and planting projects. Support tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and basic tree health assessments. Help with irrigation system maintenance to ensure proper watering of landscapes. Maintain equipment by cleaning, inspecting for damage, and reporting repairs needed to ensure safety and efficiency. Skills Knowledge for or ability to learn the operating and maintaining of landscaping equipment and power tools. Lawn care skills including mowing, edging, fertilizing, and weed control. Ability to use hand tools safely and effectively in various outdoor projects. Good physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions.
