Job Overview Join our dynamic Lawn Care Crew as a vital part of our outdoor maintenance team! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining beautiful, healthy landscapes by performing a variety of lawn and landscape care tasks. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create inviting outdoor spaces that delight clients and enhance community environments. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in landscaping, horticulture, and equipment operation while working outdoors in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Duties Operate lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools to maintain lawns and gardens Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including planting, pruning, edging, and mulching Use power tools and machinery like excavators for site preparation and hardscape installation Perform tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth Support irrigation system installation and maintenance to ensure proper watering of landscapes Conduct snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe Maintain cleanliness of work sites by removing debris, weeds, and dead plant material Requirements Mechanical knowledge related to lawn equipment, power tools, and hand tools Experience with lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening preferred but not required Ability to operate machinery such as excavators or snow plows is a plus Knowledge of horticulture principles and landscape design concepts is advantageous Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards safety and quality standards Prior experience in construction or tree care is beneficial but not mandatory Embark on a rewarding career where your hands-on skills make a real difference!
