Marsden South Shift:

Monday to Friday and some weekends as needed.

Hours:

6Am to 3:00 pm. Full-time, 40 hours weekly.

You must be 18 years old You must have work authorization You must pass multiple safety tests You must have a driver's license Two years of experience are required. A pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check are required

Job Duties :

As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you'll be: Keeping landscaping clean by inspecting the property and picking up any trash littering the grounds Mows, edges trims, prunes, rakes, plants, waters, and weeds Maintaining the outside of the building clean Will drive a golf cart to get around the building Work outside during hot and cold weather You'll help indoors: route check trash, empty trash, clean where needed, etc. Will be using an industrial lawn vacuum and other landscaping equipment Must cover janitorial positions if needed Why Join the Marsden Family?
