About us Industrial Ground Maintenance is a small business in Pasadena, TX. We are professional, customer-centric and our goal is to provide grounds maintenance and pest control services for our clients in the Houston area Petro-Chemical industry. We are local, family owned and operated business celebrating 50 years.
Our work environment includes:
Paid Safety training Safe work environment We provide contracted uniforms and proper PPE Looking for full time team members to perform lawn care maintenance task such as, weed-eat, edge, blow, trim shrubs, pull weeds and pick-up trash for the summer. Work areas include front lawns, road ditches, tank farm levees, ponds, and outfall ditches at Petro-Chemical industrial sites. We offer services in several areas located in Pasadena, Deer Park, La Porte, Channelview and Houston, TX. This position in particular is for our Pasadena location and possibly our Channelview location. Further details will be discussed in the interview.Requirements:
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Must be 18 years of age Valid TWIC Card Valid stated issued Drivers License Ability to pass HASC Safety Essentials and client site-specific courses in English Ability to pass NABSC Background Check Ability to pass initial & random NASAP drug screening Ability to work safety and follow company and client policies and procedures- This position is position is seasonal. The job assignment will end at the end of October, although qualified candidates may be offered a permanent position.
- The schedule is 40-50 hours, Monday-Saturday which includes overtime on the weekends. Weekends are required if weather permits.
- Lawn experience is a plus, industrial experience is preferred.
