This team works behind the scenes making each guest's experience the best it can be. As part of the Maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing support to site services by being able to operate heavy equipment and power tools. These tools include riding mowers, power drills, paint machines, forklifts, etc. as well as being responsible for maintaining the premises. This is a part -Time position . Duties will include:

Makes sure all Food trucks Generators, UTV and gas cans are fully fueled. Empty gray water from all Food Trucks Fill Food trucks with clean water Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing them. Service, clean and supply restrooms according to immediate needs and daily task frequency. Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage Picks up trash around the market lot, food stands and parking area. Makes sure all dumpsters and trash cans are emptied, swapped out, and cleaned. Repairs dumpster wheels, covers and other parts when needed. Provides support for events. Keeps the compact area clean. Follow all safety rules and work safely around moving dumpsters. Places trash cans in the correct areas. Completes daily task form indicating work activity. Uses correct tools and equipment as needed. Assists in all areas of the operations department. Ability to lift at least 30lbs. Responds to table requests via radio. Delivers tables to vendors in designated areas. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Must have a general working knowledge of landscaping equipment to include, but not limited to, zero turn mowers and trimmers, basic electrical, plumbing, mechanical and carpentry

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, bend, crawl, climb, reach overhead, crouch, kneel, balance, push, pull and safely lift and carry tools and heavy weighing materials. Ability to work safely in confined spaces and at heights including the use of ladders and scaffolds. Hit the Apply Button Now!
