Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and skilled individuals to join our Construction & Fence Crew team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with outdoor construction projects, a strong understanding of fence building and basic carpentry, and the ability to operate various hand and power tools. This role is critical in building and maintaining durable outdoor structures while ensuring safety and quality workmanship. Responsibilities Build and install various types of fencing including wood, chain-link, vinyl, and wire. Perform site prep such as digging post holes, leveling ground, and mixing concrete. Use hand tools and power tools for cutting, measuring, drilling, and assembly. Install gates, braces, and hardware according to specifications and plans. Repair or replace damaged fencing and ensure structural integrity. Assist with additional outdoor construction tasks, including small retaining walls or pergolas. Maintain a clean and safe worksite, following all safety procedures. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule and with high quality. Experience Previous experience in fence building, outdoor construction, or carpentry is strongly preferred. Mechanical knowledge is a plus for maintaining tools and troubleshooting minor equipment issues. Ability to read measurements, use levels, and work with various building materials. Familiarity with landscape elements such as grading or sod installation is a bonus. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-oriented attitude are essential for success.
