As a crew member at Acadia Landscapes, you will assist with a variety of landscaping projects, including lawn care, landscape maintenance, and enhancement work. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment committed to excellence. Duties Assist & follow directions from crew lead Support landscape maintenance activities including planting, pruning, tree care, and shrubbery upkeep. Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks like digging, edging, and installing landscape features. Help with larger projects such as bed prep, irrigation trenching, bulk material installation, etc. Assist with general site cleanup and maintenance to uphold safety standards and project quality. Qualifications Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping and construction. Experience or interest in lawn care, gardening, landscape maintenance, or horticulture is preferred. Ability to operate equipment such as excavators or other construction machinery is a plus but not required. General knowledge of the landscape industries best practices Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety procedures diligently. Willingness to learn and accommodate to different roles & crews as needed Prior experience with landscaping or gardening projects is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates.

Pay:

$16.50 - $17.50 per hour
