Job Description
A prominent San Antonio business park is seeking an experienced and dependable Landscaping Crew Member to join our team. This is a full-time, year-round position (40 hours per week) offering stable employment and consistent work throughout the year. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining attractive outdoor spaces, works well as part of a team, and is comfortable performing physical work outdoors in various weather conditions. Responsibilities Perform routine landscape maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, weeding, planting, and cleanup Operate landscaping equipment and hand tools safely and effectively Assist with maintaining the overall appearance of the business park grounds Follow safety procedures and company guidelines Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Complete assigned tasks in a timely and professional manner Qualifications Previous landscaping experience preferred Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices and equipment operation Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work well with others and follow direction What We Offer Full-time, year-round employment Consistent work schedule Stable work environment Competitive pay based on experience
